Abadgaran Chemical Building Industries Company was established in 1983 with a license from the Ministry of Industry and Mines of Tehran Province. Today, with an actual annual production capacity of 65,000 tons and the production of over 150 types of knowledge-based chemical materials, Abadgaran is considered a leading industrial group in Iran’s building chemical industry.

Obtaining international quality management certificates, constructive and close interactions with the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran (ISIRI) as an accredited laboratory in the fields of "Concrete additives, ready-mixed concrete, aggregates, cement, and tile adhesives," as well as receiving a research group license from the Ministry of Science, which led to closer ties with science and technology parks and university campuses, reflect Abadgaran’s simultaneous attention to knowledge production and manifesting science in the quality of its products using modern technologies.

Since its establishment, Abadgaran's growth trajectory has continued steadily, adding one or more new types of chemical materials each year as a result of aligning research activities with industries related to the country's development and construction. The company's strategic focus on scientific and research activities in its vision document and operational processes has ensured that a significant portion of the group’s total income is allocated to the physical and equipment development of its research center, scientific projects, and the industrialization of technological materials. Equipped with up-to-date laboratories for materials, nanotechnology, polymers, and chemistry, it has created a strong foundation for the creation and conversion of knowledge into technology.

Abadgaran’s chemical and nanotechnology laboratories have intelligently established laboratory-industrial connections with mass production lines by equipping chemical pilot units and adopting a blend of lean and modern scientific management methods. As a result, it is now possible to design and produce customized chemical materials on a just-in-time (J.I.T) basis according to the industrial needs of clients, within a very short time.
