DESCRIPTION

ABAPLAST WR-460 is used in the production of high range water reducing and superplasticizing admixture based on modified polycarboxylates ether (PCE). It has both good water reduction and excellent flow retention properties. It meets the requirements for ASTM C494 Types A and F.

Method

DOSAGE

The optimum dosage of ABAPLAST WR-460 may depend on concrete mix design (sizes and types of aggregates, cement content, water/cement ratio and ambient conditions) and is determined by trials. A dosage of 0.3-1 percent by weight of cement or cementitious material is recommended.

Considerations

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

Storage condition: Keep container in the temperature range between +10°C and +30°C. If frozen, thaw and agitate thoroughly to return to normal state.
Shelf life: 1 year in the original package.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

This product does not contain any substances hazardous to human health and the environment.

However, it should not be swallowed or allowed to be in contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
