SUPER PLASTICIZER / WATERPROOFING ADMIXTURE WITH HIGHLY POZZOLANIC

DESCRIPTION
MEZUKRET is an advanced concrete admixture which improves the mechanical properties and durability of ready-mixed concrete and could be added to the concrete mixtures at the job site.
MEZUKRET is based on a highly pozzolanic mineral material which significantly reduces water absorption and permeability of concrete, In addition increases workability.

MEZUKRET comprises the following chemicals:

Pozzolanic materials
super plasticizer
Waterproofing agent
Suitable rheology modifiers for concrete

It is an advanced-technology product. It is controlled based on:
ASTM C1202
BS EN 12390-8, BS 1881-122

Method

DOSAGE
The optimum dosage of MEZUKRET can be determined by trials in the site. Depending on
concrete mix design (concrete type, workability, sizes and types of aggregates, cement content,
ambient temperature and concreting conditions), a dosage of between 3.0 and 6.0 percent by weight of cement is recommended.

Please contact our engineering office in case of simultaneously use of more than one admixture.

DIRECTION OF USE
MEZUKRET could be added to ready-mixed concrete before placing concrete.
Note: MEZUKRET could be used for making concrete in batching plants.

Considerations

STORAGE

Shelf life: 1 year in the original package.
Storage condition: should be protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep bag in the temperature range between +10°C and +30°C.
Packing: 25 kg bag.

Protection and Safty

HEALTH AND SAFETY
This product does not contain any substances hazardous to human health and the environment.
However, it should not be swallowed and contact with skin and eyes.

In case of contact witheyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. MEZUKRET is not flammable.
