George Trachilis Interview with Mr. Alborz Majzoob (P.E) Managing Director of Abadgaran Construction Chemicals

 George Trachilis is a professional engineer and practitioner of Lean who has helped hundreds of companies start their lean journey. He is probably one of the best-known Lean Gurus in the world. His own Lean journey started his journey in 1994. He has since been looking for the best companies and people to work with and learn from. He started his own consulting practice in 2003 which made Canada’s Profit Hot 50 list – the fastest growing companies – in 2008. In 2013 he co-founded the Lean Leadership Institute with the author of the Toyota Way. His book, Developing Lean Leaders at All Levels is now translated into 9 languages and focuses on Lean Leadership.
